Testimonials

“I was in desperate need of the gentle, therapeutic Music & Mindfulness session which Meghan offered to myself and other students in the Digital Innovation Skills Certificate (DISC) program. After several intense weeks of balancing work responsibilities with caregiver support for my family, I was feeling physically drained and lacking emotional vigour. Meghan offered helpful tools to rejuvenate my daily experience of mindfulness. The time I spent in the session also improved my outlook on life. I am looking forward to attending future, more in-depth sessions that Meghan offers, and highly recommend her services!”
