Individual Therapy Sessions

Individual sessions offer the most flexibility and privacy for therapy. Our therapists work from a client centered perspective and have training in Music-centered Psychotherapy,  Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Anti-Oppressive practice. We offer both short and long-term therapy options.
